1. Wireless charging mode is applied to mobile robots, electric vehicles and other fields. It can be used in all directions for supplementary charging, which can reduce the demand for high-capacity batteries, prolong the battery life and save the cost of a single mobile body; In the field of mobile robots, the number of off-line de charging mobile bodies can be reduced, the number of systems can be greatly reduced, the operation efficiency can be improved, and the mobile bodies can maintain 24h on-line operation.


Advantages of our wireless charging technology: ① the independently developed communication and position detection system can detect that the mobile body reaches a certain range. Through internal wireless communication, it can detect the equipment status, control the charging process, and output the switching value signal; ② Charging control: the system detects the battery voltage and adopts constant current constant voltage charging. If the charging current is lower than the set value, the charging will be automatically terminated; ③ Automatic protection: in case of equipment overheating, abnormal current and voltage during charging, the protection device will automatically start and terminate the charging action to protect the system equipment.


Our company started research and development in 2015. At present, we have 21 patents related to wireless charging, including 3 invention patents and 18 utility models, which are in a leading position in China. Therefore, technology won the prize in Shanghai innovation and entrepreneurship competition in 2016; In September 2017, he won the first prize of Jiaxing red boat cup entrepreneurship competition and was selected as a class a talent in Jiaxing; In 2018, it was selected into the field of Shanghai Artificial Intelligence innovation product catalog (AI + transportation).


2. Flexible technology charging has the same function as wireless charging in the field of new energy vehicles, new energy bus charging and automatic charging in the field of electric bicycles, but it has price advantages in specific applications and can realize charging while walking.


In the application of three-dimensional parking garage, the electric vehicle can realize automatic, intelligent and safe charging in the parking space on any floor, and collect and save the maintenance data including the battery of the electric vehicle. ① For the electric vehicle on the entrance tray, plug in the charging gun connected to the vehicle tray to collect electrons; If there is no charging demand, do not plug in the charging gun. ② When the pallet is moved to the parking space, the on-board end equipment and ground end equipment are flexibly combined. ③ The ground end equipment is connected to the parking space charging pile, and the charging pile is opened through in place detection. ④ The near-field communication data sensor is connected with the communication between the charging pile and the charging gun. ⑤ When the vehicle tray leaves the parking space, the on-site detection loses the signal, and the charging pile automatically cuts off the power; Or after it is fully charged, BMS will automatically cut off the power after informing the charging pile through the communication sensor.


In the application of electric trucks and buses, after parking, the electric vehicle can realize automatic, intelligent and safe charging, and collect and save the maintenance data including the battery of the electric vehicle. ① When the electric truck or bus stops firing, the vehicle enters a rechargeable state. ② judge whether the deviation between the forward direction, high and low direction and alignment is within the safe set contact range according to the specific detection method, and push out the telescopic mechanism of the flexible contact charging connection device at the ground end left and right. ③ The position signal of the distance detection device on the telescopic mechanism is transmitted to the connected charging control device, and then the charging circuit is connected to start charging. ④ The near-field communication data sensor is connected with the communication between the charging pile and the charging gun. ⑤ When the vehicle is ready to leave and start, BMS will automatically cut off the power after informing the charging pile through the communication sensor, and send a signal to the telescopic mechanism to retract the flexible contact charging connection device at the ground end.


Our company started research and development in 2017. At present, we have 14 patents for utility models related to flexible technology charging, which is the first at home and abroad. Therefore, the top 20 award of "maker China" of the Ministry of industry and information technology in August 2018; In October 2018, it won the second place in the BOT intelligent vehicle innovation and entrepreneurship competition. In November 2020, it was selected as the top 20 of high-end equipment and intelligent manufacturing in Shanghai Haiju talent entrepreneurship competition
